Representation &amp; Public Conduct</h4><ul><li>Brand Conduct: As a representative of Lyra Social Group across digital spaces (VRChat, Discord, Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, X, Bluesky, Instagram, etc.), you agree to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, drama farming, or intentionally toxic conduct will result in immediate removal from the team.</li><li>Public Activity &amp; Streams: Content creators and streamers representing or co-branding with the group are expected to uphold general community safety standards during official events, group streams, and public collaborations.</li></ul><h4>2. Social Media &amp; Content Creator Agreement</h4><ul><li>Personal vs. Group Branding: Creators retain full ownership of their personal social channels, handles, and personal brand identity. When participating in official Lyra Social Group streams, collaborations, or campaign events, creators agree to represent the group positively and follow agreed-upon event/campaign guidelines.</li><li>Cross-Promotion &amp; Content Sharing: Creators grant Lyra Social Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to share, clip, re-post, and cross-promote stream highlights, short-form clips, and event media featuring their avatar, online persona, or voice across Lyra Social Group's official social channels.</li><li>Sponsored Content &amp; Brand Partnerships: Any sponsored campaigns, brand integrations, or monetized activations arranged through or funded by Lyra Social Group must follow specific deliverable schedules and disclosure rules (e.g., FTC guidelines for #ad / #sponsored).</li><li>Content Consistency &amp; Account Security: Creators managing or posting directly to official Lyra Social Group branded accounts agree to maintain professional posting standards, protect account credentials, and adhere to scheduled media release calendars.</li><li>Creator Integrity &amp; Professional Standards: Creators and streamers representing Lyra Social Group agree to maintain brand-safe conduct during official representation. Viewbotting, purchasing fake followers/engagement, or engaging in intentional copyright infringement is strictly prohibited. Creators are individually responsible for securing proper music licenses (e.g., DMCA compliance) and adhering to platform-specific Community Guidelines across all streaming and video platforms.</li></ul><h4>3. Intellectual Property &amp; Media Release</h4><ul><li>Group Assets: Official Lyra Social Group logos, branding materials, custom 3D assets, Unity packages, overlays, and internal project code remain the property of Lyra Social Group LLC unless governed by a separate written licensing agreement.</li><li>Media Release: By participating in group-affiliated productions, recorded events, or promotional campaigns, you grant Lyra Social Group permission to feature your avatar, online persona, voice, or collaborative contributions in official promotional and marketing media.</li></ul><h4>4. Departure &amp; Termination</h4><ul><li>Stepping Down: Team members and creators may step down from their position or end their active contribution at any time by providing advance notice to team leadership.</li><li>Revocation &amp; Removal: Lyra Social Group reserves the right to revoke staff access, remove team members, or end content collaborations at any time for violations of these terms, breach of confidentiality, or severe community misconduct.</li></ul><h4>7. Code of Conduct</h4><ul><li>Inclusivity &amp; Respect: All members and staff must show mutual respect regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or veteran status.</li><li>Prohibited Behaviors: Harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, doxxing, witch-hunting, or hate speech in any form will not be tolerated.</li><li>NSFW Content Restrictions: Non-explicit (SFW) environments must be maintained in all general and official group spaces. NSFW content, avatars, or discussions are strictly prohibited outside designated, age-restricted (+18) channels or spaces.</li><li>Compliance with Law &amp; Platform TOS: Members must refrain from engaging in or encouraging any illegal activities. All team members, creators, and community staff must adhere to the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of third-party platforms used by the group, including Discord, VRChat, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, X, and Bluesky.</li></ul><h4>8. Conflict of Interest</h4><ul><li>Mandatory Disclosure: Team members, leads, and creators must promptly disclose to Lyra Social Group leadership if they hold staff, management, or administrative positions in another organization or digital community that directly competes with Lyra Social Group.</li><li>Use of Privileged Information: Using confidential data, internal strategies, or proprietary assets belonging to Lyra Social Group for the benefit of another organization is strictly prohibited.</li><li>Dual Representation: Members may not officially represent or wear branding for competing external organizations during official Lyra Social Group events or broadcasts without prior written approval from leadership.</li></ul><h4>9. Privacy &amp; Data Handling</h4><ul><li>Collected Information: Lyra Social Group LLC may collect personal data during onboarding and participation, including legal names, online handles, email addresses, Discord IDs, social media links, time zones, and voluntary demographic details.</li><li>Purpose of Collection: Data is collected strictly for team administration, campaign coordination, legal compliance, communication, asset distribution, and contract verification.</li><li>Access Restrictions: Personal data is stored securely and accessible only to designated Lyra Social Group administrative leads on a strict need-to-know basis. Data will never be sold or rented to third parties.</li><li>Retention &amp; Deletion: Information is retained for the duration of the participant's active tenure with the group. Upon formal departure or written request, personal data and legal identity records will be securely archived or purged in accordance with applicable state and federal record-keeping laws.</li></ul><h4>10.
